INTERVIEW WITH OLIVER WENDELL HOLMES ON THE ROAD TO JUSTICE

Abstract

One of the most seminal works in legal history would be the subject of my commentary in his paper. Even though American realist Oliver Wendell Homes wrote "The Path of the Law" in 1897, it is still widely used and beloved by lawyers today. In order to help the reader comprehend his work, I will start this article by providing a quick summary of The Path of the Law. Then, drawing on my prior understanding of the law and the writings of other prominent authors in the field, I would proceed to evaluate his work critically. After that, I would draw on all the points made across the page to wrap it up.
