Politic of economy law in Indonesia: Land certification program in the framework of legal certainty on land title and its impact on community economic empowerment
Keywords:

The significance of land certification or registration is predicated on the idea that the owner may use the land as living
capital, such as security for bank loans, after it has been formally and legally registered. Land registration actions result in
the issuing of ownership guarantees for land or property titles, which are reflected in the land title and ownership mentioned
in the Titles. In accordance with the Basic Agrarian Law Number 5 of 1960, the government conducts this activity, also
known as the activity of assessing the legality aspect of land ownership, to provide legal protection for land title holders.
The land certification program can essentially support the growth of investment in each region, but there are laws that can
impede this growth, particularly when it comes to the issue of land certification and licensing for plantation investment and
the issuance of certificates of freehold title and cultivation rights.
