Peer Review Policy

Stages:

  1. Initial Screening
    • Manuscript format and completeness check
    • Plagiarism and originality screening
    • Evaluation of relevance to cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets, and related legal or regulatory issues
  2. Double-Blind Peer Review
    • At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript anonymously.
    • Reviewers assess originality, academic quality, legal analysis, methodology, relevance, and scholarly contribution.
  3. Editorial Decision
    • Accept / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Reject
    • Authors are provided with appropriate reviewer feedback where applicable.

Review Time:

  • Average: 2–4 weeks, subject to reviewer availability and manuscript complexity.

Reviewer Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the review process.
  • Provide constructive, objective, and unbiased feedback.
  • Evaluate the manuscript's originality, academic quality, and relevance to the journal.
  • Identify potential plagiarism, ethical concerns, conflicts of interest, or other publication-related issues.
  • Avoid using or sharing unpublished information from submitted manuscripts.
