Editors Must:

• Make publication decisions based on academic quality, originality, relevance, and scholarly contribution.

• Avoid conflicts of interest and ensure unbiased editorial decisions.

• Protect the integrity of the peer-review and publication process.

• Take appropriate action when ethical concerns or allegations of misconduct arise.
