Abstract

The purpose of corporate 
governance is to provide a framework for 
business designs that will help companies 
achieve their profit objectives while also 
meeting their social commitment to 
contribute to sustainable development and 
the public interest. The fundamental tool 
of corporate governance is the disclosure 
of CSR initiatives. Corporate governance, 
which is based on stakeholder theory, has 
a significant impact on CSR disclosure in 
order to improve stakeholder relationships 
with the company.
