Abstract

Questions about the methodology, concepts, and origins of network law theory are addressed in this article. The focus of this
study is on online social contacts, how these relations are governed legally via network law, and the novel possibilities that
this regulation presents. The integration of relatively recent phenomena like cyberspace and networks with more established
ones like the law will need the development of a novel network theory of law. The object includes principles of the theory of
network law; principles and methods of informational modernization of law. We presented potential avenues for applying the
theory of network law to the advancement of subfields within legal studies and the law as a whole, and we advocated for a
more automated system of lawmaking and law enforcement through the widespread use of information and communication
technologies.
