Peer Review Policy

Stages:

  1. Initial Screening

    • Manuscript format check, plagiarism screening, and evaluation of relevance to cyber operations, cybersecurity governance, and international cyber law.

  2. Double-Blind Peer Review

    • At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript anonymously for originality, scholarly quality, legal accuracy, methodology, relevance, and contribution to the field.

  3. Decision Phase

    • Accept / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Reject

Review Time:

  • Average: 2–4 weeks

Reviewer Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the review process.

  • Provide constructive, objective, and unbiased feedback.

  • Evaluate the originality, relevance, methodology, and academic quality of the manuscript.

  • Identify ethical concerns, plagiarism, research integrity issues, or potential conflicts of interest.

  • Assess the manuscript's contribution to international cyber law, cyber operations, cybersecurity governance, cyber policy, and emerging digital security research.
