Publication Ethics

Authors Must:

• Avoid plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, manipulation, and other forms of research misconduct.

• Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

• Ensure that all listed authors have made a genuine and substantial contribution to the submitted work.

• Obtain appropriate permissions for copyrighted materials, datasets, images, or other third-party content where required.

Reviewers Must:

• Evaluate manuscripts fairly, objectively, and confidentially.

• Provide constructive, professional, and unbiased feedback to authors and editors.

• Report any ethical concerns, plagiarism, conflicts of interest, or suspected research misconduct.

• Avoid personal, institutional, or professional bias during the review process.

• Maintain the confidentiality of manuscript content and not use unpublished information for personal or professional advantage.

Editors Must:

• Maintain fairness, confidentiality, transparency, and editorial independence throughout the publication process.

• Make publication decisions based on academic merit, originality, quality, and relevance to the International Legal Review of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Robotics.

• Avoid conflicts of interest and ensure impartial decision-making.

• Protect the integrity and confidentiality of the peer-review and publication process.

• Take appropriate and timely action when ethical concerns, plagiarism, or publication misconduct are identified.

• Ensure that manuscripts are handled consistently in accordance with applicable research ethics and publication standards.
