Peer Review Policy

Stages:

  1. Initial Screening
    • Format and submission requirements check
    • Plagiarism and originality check
    • Evaluation of the manuscript's relevance to agricultural law, food law, environmental law, and related fields
  2. Double-Blind Peer Review
    • The identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential
    • At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript anonymously
  3. Editorial Decision
    • Accept
    • Minor Revision
    • Major Revision
    • Reject

Review Time:

  • Average review period: 2–4 weeks

Reviewer Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the review process
  • Provide constructive, objective, and unbiased feedback
  • Evaluate the originality, academic quality, legal analysis, and relevance of the manuscript
  • Identify potential ethical issues, plagiarism, conflicts of interest, or other forms of academic misconduct
