Call for Papers

The International Journal of Corporate Law and Governance invites original, high-quality scholarly contributions addressing contemporary and emerging issues in corporate law, corporate governance, commercial regulation, business law, and related legal disciplines. The journal welcomes research articles, review articles, case analyses, conceptual studies, legislative and regulatory commentaries, comparative legal research, and interdisciplinary contributions from legal scholars, researchers, academics, practitioners, and policymakers.

Submissions are accepted throughout the year and are subject to an initial editorial assessment followed by a double-blind peer-review process. Authors are encouraged to submit original, unpublished manuscripts that comply with the journal's author guidelines, ethical standards, formatting requirements, and scope.
