Peer Review Policy

  • Stages:

    1. Initial Screening
      • Manuscripts are assessed for originality, completeness, journal scope, academic relevance, and compliance with submission requirements.
      • Submitted papers may undergo an initial similarity and plagiarism assessment before being considered for external review.
    2. Double-Blind Review
      • Suitable manuscripts are independently evaluated by at least two qualified reviewers with relevant subject expertise.
      • The identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential to promote objective and impartial assessment.
    3. Decision Phase
      • The editorial decision may be Accept / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Reject, based on reviewer recommendations and the overall scholarly quality of the manuscript.
      • Revised manuscripts may be returned to reviewers when further evaluation is necessary.

    Review Time:

    • The journal targets an average review period of 2–4 weeks, although the timeframe may vary depending on reviewer availability, manuscript complexity, and revision requirements.

    Reviewer Responsibilities:

    • Preserve the confidentiality and integrity of all manuscripts and review-related information.
    • Provide clear, constructive, impartial, and academically relevant comments to help strengthen the submitted work.
    • Assess manuscripts objectively without discrimination, personal bias, or inappropriate influence.
    • Report any concerns regarding academic misconduct, plagiarism, data integrity, conflicts of interest, or ethical compliance to the editorial team.
