Publication Ethics
Authors Must:
Submit
original, unpublished, and ethically conducted
research.
Ensure that all sources, quotations, legal authorities, data, and previously published materials are
properly acknowledged and cited
.
Avoid
plagiarism, duplicate publication, fabrication, falsification, and other forms of academic misconduct
.
Disclose any
financial, professional, or personal conflicts of interest
that may affect the research or its interpretation.
Ensure that all listed authors have made appropriate contributions to the submitted manuscript.
Cooperate with the editorial team during the review, revision, and publication process.
Reviewers Must:
Evaluate manuscripts
objectively, fairly, and confidentially
based on scholarly quality, originality, relevance, and contribution.
Provide
constructive, clear, and impartial feedback
to support the improvement of submitted manuscripts.
Identify and report concerns relating to
plagiarism, ethical misconduct, conflicts of interest, or other publication irregularities
.
Avoid personal criticism, discrimination, favoritism, or any form of
bias
during the review process.
Decline a review assignment where a
conflict of interest
may affect impartiality.
Editors Must:
Maintain
fairness, transparency, confidentiality, and editorial independence
throughout the publication process.
Make editorial decisions based on
academic merit, originality, relevance, and scholarly quality
.
Ensure appropriate and consistent
peer-review and editorial procedures
for submitted manuscripts.
Identify, disclose, and appropriately manage
conflicts of interest
involving authors, reviewers, or editorial personnel.
Protect the integrity of the journal's published record and take appropriate action when
ethical or publication concerns
are identified.
