Peer Review Policy

Stages:

1. Initial Screening

   • Manuscript format check, plagiarism screening, and evaluation of relevance to labour law, social rights, and industrial relations.

2. Double-Blind Peer Review

   • At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript anonymously for originality, quality, legal accuracy, methodology, and scholarly contribution.

3. Decision Phase

   • Accept / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Reject

Review Time:

• Average: 2–4 weeks

Reviewer Responsibilities:

• Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the review process.

• Provide constructive, objective, and unbiased feedback.

• Evaluate the originality, relevance, and academic quality of the manuscript.

• Identify ethical concerns, plagiarism, or potential conflicts of interest.

• Assess the manuscript's contribution to labour law, social rights, employment law, and industrial relations research.
