Abstract

ndustrial relations (IR) is the relationship that
exists between employers, workers, and labour
unions in the workplace, including topics like
wages, labour rights, dispute resolution, and
working conditions. The greatest industrial
relations strategies are essential to establishing
a calm and effective workplace. In order to
evaluate their efficacy in fostering employee
happiness, reducing conflict, and increasing
organisational
efficiency,
this
research
compares industrial relations approaches
across many nations. The article discusses
important aspects of industrial relations,
including unionisation, collective bargaining,
resolving conflicts, and the responsibilities of
management and government in fostering
industrial harmony. The study chooses the
finest industrial relations techniques and
considers the advantages and disadvantages of
each in various geographical areas in
opposition to the comparative viewpoint. The
study examines how various socioeconomic,
cultural,
and political contexts impact
industrial relations practices by comparing
nations such as the United States, the United
Kingdom, Germany, and India. The
conversations show that although there isn't a
one-size-fits-all strategy, successful labour
relations procedures have common values
including equity, openness, and collaboration
between employers and workers.
