Abstract

The nature of industrial harmony, which
includes industrial democracy and prevents
job dissatisfaction, was examined in this essay.
Industrial harmony is portrayed as a
prerequisite for human resources' dedication
to a productive workplace, and its absence or
non-application fosters job dissatisfaction and
may lead to industrial action in workplaces.
When all parties are treated fairly in issues
that affect everyone and have an impact on
workers' overall performance as well as the
organization's
smooth
development—which
management's

and
distorts
and objectives—
industrial harmony can be said to be
practically operating between workers and
employers/management. Not only can
conflicts occur inside the framework of
industrial relations, but they also come from
parties functioning within the system having
diametrically opposed interests.
