Reviewers Must:

• Evaluate manuscripts fairly, objectively, and confidentially.
• Provide constructive and unbiased feedback to authors and editors.
• Report any ethical concerns, plagiarism, or suspected research misconduct.
• Avoid personal bias and disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

Editors Must:

• Maintain fairness, confidentiality, and transparency throughout the editorial process.
• Make publication decisions based on academic merit, originality, quality, and relevance to the International Journal of Sports Law and Policies.
• Avoid conflicts of interest and ensure impartial decision-making.
• Protect the integrity of the peer-review and publication process.
• Take appropriate action when ethical concerns or publication misconduct are identified.
